During this time, one of the most common conversations we have with our clients is that size really doesn’t matter. At least, not when it comes to the bathroom budget anyway. Whether you are planning a new master suite or a small en-suite bathroom installation, it’s likely the product requirement will be similar. Therefore, the budget should be similar.
But the en-suite is tiny compared to my bathroom?
Yes, we understand the area is smaller, but ultimately the supply and installation costs will not differ much. Of course, you may not need to spend as much on tiles or decorating as you would on a larger master suite. However, you will still require a toilet, a basin and either a shower or a bath. All of which will require installation. Therefore, both the product and installation cost would be the same, no matter what size the room. In addition, your new bathroom whether master or en-suite will require careful planning and CAD design.
When does size matter?
While the size of your bathroom doesn’t have much effect on the budget, size does matter when it comes to practicality. You can only add an en-suite if you have the space available to do so. The minimum space for an en-suite with a shower, basin, and toilet is approximately 0.8m x 1.8m. Bathroom Studio Design offers a complete end to end service.
