We specialise in very high quality bathroom fittings. This means that most items are non-stock and will be subject to delivery lead times.

Most items are normally dispatched within 3 -4 weeks of order, although specialised items ( ie: Villeroy & Boch Furniture, and system baths ) will be between 5 - 8 weeks.

If there are any manufacturing problems that we are aware of, we will endeavour to make you aware of any extended lead times we may encounter.

Some manufacturers 'Shut down' for two weeks in the summer months so this can also affect delivery times.
