

Where do you deliver?
We Deliver to all mainland areas in England & Wales. We can only ship small items to scotland up to the value of £ 250.00. (Please ring / e-mail for all enquires).
Do your Prices include VAT?
Yes, all the prices online include VAT. You will receive a UK VAT invoice for all purchases.
Do you import any products which might affect my guarantee in the UK?
No, all of our products are purchased through the Authorised UK companies.
Can I collect my goods from your Warehouse?
Yes. We will inform you when the goods are ready to collect. This way you can collect part orders if you wish.
Just Select 'customer collection' at checkout and you will not be charged for packaging , insurance & delivery.
Why do you not stock all of the goods listed?
If we were selling cheaper inferior , we would expect to keep the items in stock. Manufacturers such as Villeroy & Boch only keep a limited range of products in the UK. Most items have to be ordered. Some items are actually manufactured to order. We do keep a limited range of items in stock at our warehouse. (We hope to increase our stock levels on popular products in the near future).
Can I get the goods quicker elsewhere?
The short answer is NO! . There is not a retailer in the country that stocks all these items. We have a good working relationship with all the manufacturers that we deal with and have access to the Goods just as quick as any other authorised retailers.
When will the goods be delivered?
Firstly we will await an estimated delivery time from the manufacturer. Then we will e-mail you with an estimated dispatch date. This can vary from 2 - 6 weeks depending on items ordered.
If you have ordered multiple items, your delivery will be dispatched when the last item comes in.
Can I have part of the delivery?
This would be too expensive to administer. We only allow for one delivery. (unless you collect in person).
What arrangements do I have to make on the day of delivery?
Firstly, make sure you are in! If you have ordered a bathroom suite it will be shrink wrapped on a pallet. Some items can be very heavy. Please make sure you arrange some help. The carrier will only deliver items to your door. They cannot assist in carrying goods into your premises. Please do not ask for assistance. They are not insured to help.
If you refuse your delivery you will inccur and additional delivery charge.
I cannot get any help / time off?
If you cannot get assistance you would be advised to contact us before ordering to see if we could arrange a special two man delivery. Beware though. The delivery costs will be expensive. If you live within 50 miles of our warehouse we could arrange (at extra cost) for the consignment to go via our own vehicle
What happens if an item is wrong or damaged?
Please make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and inform us within 48 hours. Damaged goods should not be accepted on delivery.The damaged product MUST cleary marked on the consignment note and a short explaination of the damage.
Internet Product Returns.
(Showroom / Face-to-Face sales are excluded from this option).
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, or the product is unsuitable. We are happy to refund the item within 7 days of signing for the consigment. Alternatively, we will be happy to assist you in choosing a suitable replacement item. Please make sure that the product is returned as new, unopened, in the original packaging and fit for transportation.If any items show signs of installation, missing parts and/or packaging will refuse any refund requested. Remember that it is the customers responsibility (and expense) to arrange the delivery of return items to us.
Delivery charges.
Delivery charges are based on various factors which include Weight, Size & Location. It also depends on the final purchase price. Weight charges are by spend value. The more you spend, the cheaper it becomes!
You can find out the final delivery costs to your area before you commit to purchase. (Although you will have to register)
